Golf Tournament
Sunday, September 10:
Dinner at 6:00 pm
at the Dayton Country Club
Dinner is open to non-golfers and guests.
All dinner attendees need to make their reservations and payment using the form below, regardless of participation in the golf tournament.

Golf Tournament and Lunch

Sponsorship Opportunities
An online second opinion can cost around $1,000 in out of pocket expenses. Consider becoming a sponsor to contribute to a patient's peace of mind during their cholangiocarcinoma journey. Funds collected during the event are used to pay for online second opinions from our partner hospitals, allowing the patient to focus on their health and avoid traveling for a second opinion.

2nd Annual Food Drive
In memory of our good friend Mike Shane who was active in the Dayton Foundation Feast of Giving, (where they feed approximately 7500 people/year), we are launching our second annual food drive to benefit the Anne Arundel County Food Bank.

The Food Drive will run from 10/20/20-11/20/20

Each remote second opinion costs approximately $1500
100% of your donations provides a person in need a
potentially life saving remote second opinion.
For this Golf non-event we have 2 different challenges for you to choose from!
(Since not all of you play golf - we don't want anyone to feel left out!)
If you ARE a GOLFER-we challenge you to donate to the Fund for any or all of the following you achieve on the Par 3 of your choice during the Month of August
(if you are so inclined- ask your golf partners to join in the fun too!)

If you are NOT a GOLFER, you can participate as well!
